Chef Diary | the paperless food safety system for chefs.

With this app you no longer need to print out and file your SFBB daily diary haccp pages. Even with multiple people completing the entries through the day all your staff can record and keep on top of the mandatory health and safety requirements of running a professional kitchen.

You record details of your opening & closing checks and can mark each day when these have been completed. You also record the details of your 4-week reviews within the app.

The app can then be used to show the log to inspectors when needed, or a full report can be accesses via the website.
